I have been thinking hard lately about what will help you the most with your pitching! One of the things I feel will be of most benefit to you is to show you some of the common mistakes some of my pitchers make when they begin working with me. I also want to show you additional common errors even the most advanced pitchers struggle with mechanically when they learn different pitches.
If you know what these mechanical flaws are, it will help you not just become aware of them, but fix them yourself.
This first video in this series I will show you one issue that seems to keep coming up with some of the great pitchers I work with. Not all of the time, but enough to cause concern.
